How much is shipping?

All shipments are free for orders over € 70.00, under this
amount the cost amounts to € 7.90.

What are the delivery times?

Your order will be given to the courier within 2-5 working
days of order confirmation. During the period of sales,
promotions and holidays, delivery times may vary.

How do i track my order?

When your package is shipped you will receive an email
from the courier through which you can track your shipment.

I have the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

You can change your shipping address by contacting
our Customer Service (info@tanukibrand.it) and providing
us with your order number and the correct address. It is not possible to change the
shipping address once your
order has been entrusted to the courier.
