Refund policy
Conditions in case of return:
You can return any product purchased on www.tanukibrand.it
for free within 30 days from the delivery date, we remind you
that:
- The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, including all tags and labels;
- No washed, worn or stained products will be replaced;
- Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded;
- Should the prices change between the purchase date and the withdrawal date, the price difference will not be refunded;
- The items you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse;
Toreturn your return you can use the original box. Be sure tocover or remove any barcodes or stickers on the package before affixing the new return label.
